Complexity & Problem Solving: Works on assignments requiring considerable judgment and initiative. Understands implications of work and makes recommendations for solutions. Collaboration & Interaction: Determines methods and procedures on new assignments. May be informal team leader.

Staff Specialist (Hourly)

Requirements:

  • Above average knowledge and understanding of oil field and Frac Flowback operations.
  • Ability to work unsupervised.
  • More than 2 years Frac Flowback experience
  • 1 or more years preferred in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent leadership ability
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Above average computer skills with the flexibility to quickly learn new software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers
  • Able to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Self-Starter
  • Ability to consistently perform in a professional manner.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize and meet each project deadline.
  • Consistently practice safe driving
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including away from home.
  • Able to work proficiently in all weather conditions.
  • Heavy lifting (50 Lbs. overhead)
