Product Marketing Manager, Europe

Job Description

As a Product Marketeer (Marketing Manager) Europe you’ll be responsible for managing the conventional portfolio in a few European countries. This includes aligning with the sales organizations for professional, consumer and OEM, planning the right quantities, and taking responsibility for pricing, while looking for opportunities to grow our market share in conventional products.

What you’ll do

• Connect with KAMs and local marketing within Sales Verticals to gather direct market insights
• Define market phase-out plan and execute portfolio maintenance activities assigned region
• Develop financial plan including inventory management
• Collect insights on potential legislation changes from Sales Verticals within region
• Drive Market Performance and Forecast Reviews
• Leverage competitor benchmarks and ensure customers’ needs are captured product improvement process
• Localize product marketing content and enable product information availability

Your qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in B2B in leading the product marketing area
• Strong commercial communication and presenting skills 
• Proactivity and ability to demonstrate initiative
• Demonstrated understanding of business operations, marketing principles and management skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Outside in perspective: strong customer centric approach and competitor orientation
• Results-driven with the ability to take calculated risks to achieve business objectives 
• Influencing cross-functionally to collaborate and build relationships with people across different function.
