Job Summary
The Application Specialist is in charge of IVF (In Vitro Fertilisation) products.
General Responsibilities
- Support installation and train customers to use relevant medical instruments.
- Troubleshoots product issues at customer sites and identifies any product usability issues.
- Support Sales by demonstrating our products to potential customers.
- Updated information on applications and Software to customers.
- Implement and manage customer-specific account strategies to drive utilization
- Monitor and assist customers to ensure the quality of internal and external QC.
- Translate operating guide documentation as well as customer information bulletin.
- Collaborate with engineers to solve problems related to the instruments assigned.
- Support sales team at conferences and exhibitions.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction with the services provided.
- Weekly and monthly reports to the direct manager.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- At least three years of experience in the laboratory of the Hospital or clinical application specialist.
- Experience working in an IVF (In vitro fertilization) lab or embryology is advantageous.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in English. Ability to read technical documents in English (required).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and in team collaboration, willing to travel.
Education
University degree in Medical Laboratory Technical, Biotechnology, or related subjects.
