We are looking for driven candidates seeking to start their career and join us as a paid Intern with the prospect of a permanent Analyst position available at the end of the internship. The candidate will enhance their evidence generation skills via literature reviews, support our consulting projects and undertake their dissertation (if applicable). 

To be considered you should be a recent graduate in a relevant field (discipline such as health or bioscience-related, medicine, biomedical sciences, health economics, health policy, epidemiology, public health, or information science).

What you will do:

  • Produce materials and services relating to the global value dossiers, evidence and landscape assessments, systematic literature reviews and (network) meta-analyses) that generate value for clients
  • Have the opportunity to liaise with clients directly and develop client communication & presentation skills, as part of a project team
  • Contribute to internal initiatives for the advancement of innovative methodological approaches
  • Work closely with a diverse range of peers, project managers and subject matter experts across Europe

About you:

  • You are a recent graduate (or a final-year student available full time as of April/May) with postgraduate degree in health or bioscience-related, medicine, biomedical sciences, health economics, health policy, epidemiology, public health, or information science
  • Understanding of literature review methodology, conducting and reporting is a plus
  • Experience with the use of databases such as EMBASE, MEDLINE, Cochrane, PubMed, etc. is a plus
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English
  • You are enthusiastic about learning about systematic reviews and health care decision making
  • You are a communicative person that values building strong relationships with colleagues and clients and have the ability to explain complex topics in simple terms and in a structured way, both spoken and written
  • You are eligible to work in Greece without visa sponsorship
  • Must be available for 6 months (starting approximately from April/May) and willing to be based in our Athens office (hybrid working model)
  • Accommodation or relocation fees will not be covered/included

  • Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete an online pre-recorded video in the first stage of the process. In the second stage candidates will be invited to a short pre-screening conversation with a recruiter. The shortlisted candidates will be asked to prepare a written assignment. Successful candidates will be asked to prepare a short (up to 20 minutes) presentation and deliver it during a final, panel interview.
