Job Description
SUMMARY:
The MA in Social Research & Analysis is a dynamic degree program that trains graduate students in quantitative and qualitative research methods and statistics for making evidence-based decisions in social policy research, market research, and data consulting. Students also take electives in a wide variety of social policy areas such as Education, Health Care, Social Welfare, Environment, and Evaluation Research. The program also has a Certificate option in User Experience Research (UX Research). Adjunct faculty members that bring industry experience in any of these areas are an important part of program.
Montclair State University was recently rated #1 in New Jersey by Newsweek for online programs. This graduate degree can be completed by students either fully online or in hybrid format.
Adjunct faculty are needed at this time to teach both face to face and fully online courses in applied research, statistics, qualitative methods, social theory, and social policy topics in many areas.

REQUIRED: MA in any of the Social Sciences, Marketing, or related fields.
PREFERRED: Applied research experience in social policy, sociology, market research, data consulting, quantitative methods, qualitative methods or other related areas
