  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Consistent track record to work effectively with cross-functional teams and to facilitate collaboration among all those involved.
  • Experience across multiple mediums and channels (e.g. print, digital, OOH, etc.)
  • Experience managing outside vendor and freelancer relationships.
  • Owning the evolution and implementation of our processes, tools, workflows, etc.
  • Thrive in a high-paced and high-volume environment.
  • Skilled at problem-solving and being proactive.
  • Willing to jump in wherever and whenever the team needs.
  • A people person who enjoys proactively reaching out and connecting with individuals across the university.
  • Ability to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
