Job Description Summary:

The Revenue Operations organization plays a critical role in ensuring PayPal's Global Markets organization has the programs, processes, and insights in place to deliver exceptional experience for our customers across each stage of their journey with PayPal. Our charter has 5 core components: (1) to improve productivity through automation, making it easier for people to do more (2) to create efficient processes by eliminating friction, waste and improve experiences (3) to make the customer lifecycle more predictable through better measurement, global standards, data quality controls and proper instrumentation (4) to help business unit leaders optimize their rhythms to achieve desired outcomes (5) to establish and mature global programs to facilitate best practices and standards across the revenue lifecycle.

In this role, you will be aligned to and support our Enterprise Integrations and Onboarding teams to help provide strategic support to the VP and their directs, monitor performance of their teams to make recommendations on where to improve, optimize processes & technology solutions, and frequently work cross functionally to enable teams to be more effective and efficient.

Job Description:

You will be responsible to/for:

  • Drive Annual Planning execution (OKR/KPI development, segmentation, portfolio/territory definition)
  • Define business requirements & partner with cross functional partners to identify & deliver enhanced business capabilities for functional stakeholders
  • Define, monitor, measure, & analyze key performance indicators
  • Partner to prepare and present performance reports & analysis in regular business reviews. Deliver insights and advise business leaders on performance improvements 
  • Develop and manage metrics-driven operational cadences in partnership with functional stakeholders such as pipeline and churn/decline reviews
  • Drive process/tool adoption, deliver continuous training/enablement, and support overall change management
  • Process monitoring, quality control, and data hygiene management
  • Scale best practices/standardization within stakeholder organization
  • Manage projects to drive incremental process improvements, establish new operating models/org designs, and other local priorities to increase effectiveness
  • Serve as process SME’s and represent functional stakeholders' organization in cross-functional operational projects
  • Participate in Champions groups to ensure operational readiness of new practice elements and close feedback loop on activity effectiveness
  • Investigate and facilitate resolution of issues when BAU processes with operational partners fail

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience supporting Sales, Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Product organizations in an operations or strategic role
  • Confident self-starter with ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment 
  • Analytical and data-driven thinker with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and accurately summarize significant amounts of information to senior-level stakeholders 
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with proven ability to build consensus among cross-functional teams and influence decision making with senior-level audiences 
  • Enjoys “getting their hands dirty” digging into complex, ambiguous problems and identifying optimal solutions while balancing operational tactics and “big picture” thinking 
  • Strong business acumen and deep knowledge of Sales and Professional Services practices; able to demonstrate knowledge of key processes and metrics 
  • Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier accredited university; Master’s degree preferred 
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with Salesforce and Microsoft products
  • Proficient in project management, change management 
  • SQL knowledge a plus
  • FinTech, SaaS, or relevant technology industry experience is preferred

The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is

$82500 to $187990
