Position Location: We're all about flexibility! This will be a hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA or our Seaport Boston, MA location with Mondays & Fridays remote. 

Ocean Spray Cranberries is looking for a new Sales Analyst to join our team! The Sales Analyst for International will be part of the I&I Sales Operations Team that will drive sales operational efficiency across the regions. This individual will play a crucial role in developing meaningful sales analysis and providing insights that will shape our sales approach in multiple retailers and markets. You will also be key in driving sales operations for the International Commercial Team by supporting pricing / customer setup, maintaining the commercial portal and facilitating cross-functional support between regions and HQ. Through these, you will make an impact by finding ways to optimize our sales operations processes and workflows.

A Day in the Life...

Sales Analysis 

  • Collect and analyze sales trends and customer data across products and regions
  • Develop detailed reports and dashboards to monitor sales trends and performance metrics across different segments
  • Identify patterns and derive insights with business objectives.
  • Present comprehensive data and recommendations to stakeholders (Sales Team) and collaboratively work on next steps

Sales Operations and Support 

  • Maintain key processes in customer setup, pricing setup and export management
  • Support customer routine and ad hoc customer documentation and information requirements.
  • Act as liaison between the regions and HQ cross-functional teams to support customer initiatives or resolve issues related to customers or products.
  • Support sales-driven month-end closing activities.
  • Support customer engagement activities such as training and customer visits and events.

What We Are Looking For:

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or any related analytical field
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated experience in sales data analysis, ideally in the CPG industry
  • Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (Excel and PowerBI)
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret and communicate complex data
  • Highly-organized and detail oriented

Preferred

  • Food (CPG or Ingredients) background
  • Regional and/or global multi-country experience
