Responsibilities:

• Ensure Logistics personnel safety and working environment safety to align with

local HSE regulations and FPM HSE standards.

• Conduct inventory management according to annual targets.
• Capacity management for best utilization locally and globally.
• Unhealthy inventory reduction according to annual targets.
• Raw materials inventory control (items located in warehouse)
• Continue improvement of warehouse working process, optimize container

loading and materials flow as well as shipping plan.

• Leading all SCM activities to achieve cost saving, inventory reduction and continue improvement.
• Implement updating working system or communication platform to achieve best

class of SCM performance in Freudenberg Group

Qualifications:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in relevant departments.
• Minimum 5 years related working experience in Supply Chain; International Trade or relevant field.
• Fluent in English skills, both orally and in writing.
• Working knowledge of international trade and customs law.
• Good command of SAP system and Microsoft Office applications.
• Warehouse management experience will be an advantage.
• Result/solution-oriented, well-structured, diligent and a dedicated team player with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and are capable of working with

people from different cultures and organizational levels.

• People management skill is preference.
