Job Identification

We are looking for a Business Analyst (Enabling Functions Analytics) to be a part of our Digital Technology, Enabling Functions team located in Dudullu/Istanbul. Responsible for partnering with the relevant business stakeholders in Enabling Functions fields, i.e, Finance, HR, Public Affairs, to define the capabilities of the product in line with the product roadmap. Accountable for the delivery of solutions that would meet the requirement along with business outcomes.

What We Expect

  • Elicit complex business and data requirements using a variety of methods such as interviews, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis to express the requirements in terms of target user roles and goals. Lead business process analysis sessions.
  • Actively monitor and participate to the preparations of product deliverables on time. 
  • Manage tasks and meet assigned delivery dates.
  • Demonstrate a strong command of the SDLC lifecycle i.e., requirement analysis, design, development, and testing.
  • Define and deliver products and services that meet customer needs by selecting the best possible approaches available within established systems. Participate in small team design sessions while contributing to the overall design. Assist in problem and issue resolution with project/product manager and report progress on initiatives in a summarized written format. 
  • Explore and develop a detailed understanding of external developments or emerging issues and contribute to the evaluation of their potential impact on, or usefulness to, the organization. 
  • Deliver baseline assessments and post-implementation analyses to evaluate and track the realization of business benefits.
  • Perform data analysis, document the data sources, create integrations data requirements, and participate in the ETL data pipeline definitions.
  • Create related documents including technical documentation and system requirements. Work directly alongside procurement team to produce release documentation and system test scripts.
  • Identify and evaluate risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints associated with the project, escalating where appropriate. Where necessary, develop, agree on, and implement solutions to overcome these.
  • Scaling up and deploy the solution to new countries according to digital strategy and roadmap.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math), a similar technical field of study
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis in finance actual reporting, product/customer profitability, financial planning, or similar fields. 
  • Experience on data analytics, data analysis and data integration models 
  • Experience on data analytics tools i.e., SQL, data visualization on Tableau, Power BI or similar.
  • SAP FICO knowledge is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to lead through collaboration with effective stakeholder management.
  • Be able to work effectively with a wide range of teams — from business leaders to delivery teams, driving product success with lean and agile methodologies.
  • Strong entrepreneurial perspective, innovative with experience in delivering results in uncertain environment.
  • Influences and communicates effectively the purpose, product goals and objectives and priorities with all stakeholders that builds support, agreement and commitment.
  • Enthusiastic about solving business challenges effectively, utilizing customer-centricity, design thinking and lean start up methodologies.
  • Progressive leadership experience in leading cross-functional teams, influencing effectively across the organization in a matrix environment.
  • Having advanced knowledge of business process management, business analysis techniques
  • Familiarity with software development and coding, knowledge of software and application architecture and design
  • Experience in working on implementations / global product support / roll-outs
