Key responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting and generating leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, own leads and marketing initiatives.
  • Building and maintaining long term relationship with customers
  • Responsible to achieve or exceed the sales targets.
  • Actively looking for potential customers via various channels (cold calling, social media, networking etc.)
  • Understanding deeply the insurance products and services and providing professional financial advice and services to customers
  • Preparing regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics
  • Any other duties assigned by line manager and management team.

Working Experience and Requirements:

  • Any bachelor’s degree
  • Age between 20-40 years
  • Preferred 2 years of working experience in sales and passion to achieve sales targets.
  • Basic knowledge of Banking and insurance will be preferred.
  • Fresh-Graduates are also welcome to apply**
