Job Description

  • Be responsible for all aspects of marketing AirAsia for the flights & all other Line-of-Businesses (LOBs) assigned.
  • Assist in the strategic development of the brand (long-term positioning and strategy, digital strategy, and communication), executing 360-degree campaigns in line with the brand’s strategy, analyzing, providing feedback, and approving media recommendations and creative concepts.
  • Oversee the production of campaign materials to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report performance results, and ROI against targets set by the business.
  • Work closely with all functional support teams in Route Revenue, PR, Social, Digital & Brand to align campaigns to ensure smooth execution and consistency in communications.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador for AirAsia - building the awareness and consistency of AirAsia as a global brand in the airline, travel & e-commerce space, and assisting to produce content strategies for campaigns for various purposes (social media, promotions, EDM, etc.)
  • Maintain relationships with external agencies to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
  • Monitor the progress of campaigns using various metrics and compile monthly reports of performance, and report to the line manager and work closely with them to align plans for the business’s goals, direction, and objectives

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 5 years plus of experience in commercial marketing, and brand management including the development and execution of media strategy, innovation, and creative ideation process.
  • Experience within the airline, travel, or hospitality industries or e-commerce or similar consumer business is a plus.
  • Excellent communication in English both way in written and verbal.
  • Understanding of e-commerce, and social media best practices.
  • Having a passionate and creative go-getter with the ability to work independently, a commercial thinker with a keen sense of the market and consumer trends
  • Traveling and remote working are both required
