The Opportunity

Reporting to the Director, FP&A, the Senior FP&A Analyst will support assigned department projects for fiscal integrity, financial analysis, modeling, and advisory services for the business. In this partnership they will identify opportunities to reduce cost and increase efficiency on expenses and to maximize the Return on investment related to programs.

  • This position is hybrid remote, and be performed in West Chester, PA or St. Pete, FL

Your Impact

  • Review the financial assumptions and information which form the basis for strategic our decisions, i.e. "business cases" – this includes the Revenue, Expense, and Capital cycles
  • Provide Subject Matter Expertise for business processes projects
  • Steward of the monthly forecast and annual budget; this includes the development of supporting models and documentation for input into a US Market model
  • Support the implementation and continued evolution of a more automated budget and forecast cycle
  • Produce ad hoc department performance reports and analytics that provide cogent and applicable information for assigned executives and Finance management
  • Prepare variance analysis reports and reviews and identify issues or variances.
  • Work with assigned department management to improve financial reporting and performance measurement
  • Support capability building and process improvement opportunities within FP&A

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting;
  • 2+ years of experience working in a corporate finance, business analysis or business consulting environment
  • Experience in financial forecasting for future periods
  • Experience in reviewing actual to budget and re-forecast
  • Hands-on experience using excel or other data visualization tools to build or review dashboards
  • Financial knowledge and an appreciation for the potential impact on other teams throughout the company
  • Knowledge of financial management processes and accounting standards
  • Process Improvement skills
  • Internal consulting skills
