Our Sales Department in Bangkok, Thailand is looking for an experienced Demand Planning Manager 

Your Responsibilities:

Demand Planning Manager plays the lead role in ensuring that product demand forecasts, assortment planning, and product allocation are created, reviewed, and refined when appropriate. Interacts and communicates with sales, marketing, finance, distribution center and other departments as appropriate to obtain current, accurate and relevant information to ensure the accuracy of the responsible works cope.

The management duties include supervising assortment planning team, working with marketing and sales in understanding forecasting implications of day to day sales operation and other sales and marketing related activities and events.

The position provides local business with inventory and assortment strategy and provide supports on coordinated service level with regional brand and merchandising team.

  • Budgeting process 

Your ideal profile:

  • Minimum 10 years in management level in demand planning and OTB.
  • In-depth knowledge of Excel and experience with SAP as key user.
  • Educational back ground in accounting or finance is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skill in English (both in speaking and writing is a must) and Thai.
  • Experienced working in Retail business or FMCG with wide distribution channels.
  • Experienced in people management.
