Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and deploy Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions and custom solutions using Microsoft Power Platform that meet the requirements of the business.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Design and develop custom CRM components, including entities, fields, views, forms, and workflows.
  • Create and maintain custom CRM plugins, workflows, and custom activities.
  • Implement and configure CRM integrations with other systems and applications.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure that all solutions are aligned with industry standards and best practices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CRM solutions.
  • Participate in Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with other developers, testers, and stakeholders to ensure that solutions are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and other team members
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in Microsoft Dynamics 365/Power Platform and related technologies
  • Experience in developing and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 3+ years of experience in developing and implementing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the Power Platform
  • Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365, including entity definitions, fields, views, forms, and workflows.
  • Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Dynamics CRM, Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, JavaScript, and SQL.
  • Strong understanding of software development principles, patterns, and best practices
  • Experience with CRM integrations with other systems and applications.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Azure DevOps
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related fiel

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Experience with other Microsoft technologies, such as Azure, Microsoft 365, Cloud Services
  • Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts
  • Experience with integrating Dynamics CRM/Power Platform with other systems and applications
  • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and infrastructure.
  • Experience with testing frameworks and methodologie
