Our opportunity

In this role you’ll be responsible for managing the QA team to effectively perform, monitor, and report Test and QA results to business stakeholders and senior management.

You will also be responsible for building and running test automation for our Flutter App.

Reporting into the Chief Technology Officer, you will work as part of our Australian, South African and Spain based IT team, and be part of all Squads and Chapters.

Your role

As a Head of QA your main responsibilities will involve

Coach, develop and mentor the QA team
Defining testing and testing automation strategies
Implementing testing procedures
Ensuring test environments are set up and available.
Providing up-to-date data, status, and judgement on projects
Chairing and participating in defect triage meetings.

Your Skills and Experience

As a Head of QA your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or Basic Experience
Experienced in test systems for mobile Apps and websites.
Experienced implementing test and quality processes
Experience working in agile.
Ability to stay motivated and lead the team effectively.
Demonstrated ability to learn.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
