We need someone who can:

We are looking for a skilled Workforce Management Analyst in our IT Operations Team that is highly organized, task oriented, and is self-manageable. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and maintaining a database of technical employee skills and attributes. From this, you will assist in aligning our workforce to meet project needs and strategic objectives. Your contribution will play a key role in our organization meeting its commitments.

We need someone who performs the following (but is not limited to):

  • Work with functional managers/leaders to determine current and future workforce needs.
  • Collect and maintain records of employee skills, attributes, and experience. 
  • Work with data analysts to develop executive reporting. Provide monthly briefings.
  • Assist managers in creating capacity plans, comparing future needs with existing workforce.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities in workforce skills. Help drive staffing strategy. Develop hiring/training plans.
  • Develop and report on workforce metrics, such as attrition, hiring and training.
  • Manage and track hiring of open positions. Assist managers in onboarding new hires, provide training, establish accounts using established procedures.
  • Work closely with Finance to assist in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Basic Qualifications for Consideration: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years in a Workforce Management role
  • Experienced in MS Office Suite, (Advanced Excel).
  • Experience working in fast paced team and managing multiple key deliverables at the same time.
  • Must be able to work with confidential information and follow company standards in maintaining this data.
  • Must be able to work independently and deliver results with limited management oversight.
  • Advanced English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications for Consideration: 

Hands on experience in managing data and reporting, including SQL and PowerBI

Knowledge of common IT skills and Agile SDLC

Knowledge of workforce management theory and best practice
