Job Description
- Creating work orders and following daily customs operations.
- Tracking and controlling completed customs process.
- Following legal correspondence
- Managing of legal approval process for special products. (TSE, battery, etc.)
- Following up temporary imports and exports
- Tracking & reporting of bonded warehouse and transit shipments
- Control of all service invoices related to imports & export operations
- Monitoring and Propagation of Changes in Legislation and Central Directives and updating import and export procedures and work instructions
- Support of preparation and procure of movement certificate
- Responsibility of physical archive
- Following KPIs and reporting
- Preparation, following up,closing of export incentive
- Following, controlling and performing AEO processes and preparing yearly activity and audit report in scope of AEO
- Process improvement, saving and digitalization activities
- Apply for required customs legal permits and follow up
- Collaboration with related departments (Accounting, Logistics, etc.)
- Risk management of FT process
Qualifications
- Graduate from Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economy, Logistics or Foreign Trade related studies are a preference
- Being an interface and engage with challenging internal customers in a constructive manner and on legal requirements basis
- Analytical thinking with data analysis capability
- Working ability at SAP and Ms. Office also automation tools
- Good English knowledge, written and verbal
- Hard working, able to work under pressure
- Good communication skills
