Summary of Role

Solution Consultants are an integral part of Command Alkon's goal to deliver fully integrated technological solutions to the heavy building materials industry. Our mission is to help organizations harness the full potential of these solutions enabling them to improve inefficiencies, deliver visibility, automate, collaborate, and grow. Given the complexity of today’s business environment our customers need every advantage at their disposal to optimize performance. As a Solution Consultant, you will collaborate with cross functional teams to help our customers develop technological systems and solutions based off specific customer needs. Your goal is to complete customer implementations while providing a great customer experience.

How You’ll Succeed

  • Independently set up a customer environment with the CA dispatch products, including setting up SQL Server.
  • Deliver effective training in the CA products.
  • Effectively translate customer requirements into existing or new software functionality.
  • Continually strengthen and improve your customer service skills.
  • Work as a team to meet or exceed Command Alkon's Support SLA's. 
  • Work with multiple internal teams to tailor the customer's journey to the business needs.
  • Collaborate with our customers to identify improvement in business operations and processes. - Uncover opportunities for additional product offerings to customers.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience of successfully implementing software with an intermediate knowledge of windows server environment.
  • Knowledge of MS SQL Server and MS SQL Reporting Services.
  • Demonstrated ability to determine the best way for an organization to move forward with its technology based on business analysis.
  • Curious mindset translating to key discovery skills (questioning & listening to understand) with the ability to identify problem areas (pain points).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with internal cross-functional teams and external customer teams in a variety of domestic and international offices across all levels of the organizations.
  • Ability to see, identify, and diagnose problems and find creative solutions. -Excellent organizational skills with the ability to self-organize priorities and balance your workload.
