Join our dynamic team as an Analytics Business Management Lead and play a role in promoting the adoption of artificial intelligence across the company, while working with top industry professionals in the Chief Data & Analytics Office.

As an Analytics Business Management Vice President in the Chief Data & Analytics Office, you will play a crucial role in supporting key functions within Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning Technology, Data Scientists, and Transformation & Engagement Teams. You will be responsible for partnering with senior leaders in various areas of business management, developing key performance metrics, and building strong relationships with multiple stakeholders across different Lines of Business

Job responsibilities 

  • Partner with the business on all areas of business management including: budget planning, monthly forecasting and reporting, headcount planning and tracking, location strategy, productivity tracking, run rate analysis, monitoring expenses, and cost recovery
  • Perform day-to-day Finance & Business Management function and align to leadership’s key agenda items, discussion topics, strategy and objectives
  • Partner with the business to develop key performance metrics tied to our transformation and effectively communicate the benefits linked to these efforts 
  • Build strong relationships & partner effectively with multiple Finance & Business Management Leads and key stakeholder’s leads across various Lines of Business
  • Assist business to maintain and prioritize the Book of Work and backlog on a recurring basis. Enable rapid adjustment of delivery schedule based on demand and resource
  • Assist with alignment with Transformation workstreams including helping & financial management tools 
  • Partner strategically with Tech Leadership in all areas of financial management - delivering an annual budget with a multi-year outlook, monthly reporting & forecasting, headcount & expense management
  • Track and lead reporting expenses and benefits for the Firmwide AI/ML initiatives

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Demonstrated experience (7+ years) in finance and/or strategy, with a focus in Technology, Financial Services and/or Banking 
  • Flexible in their work style, strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels and influence key stakeholders 
  • Self-motivated, innovative thinker with the ability to derive, formulate, and develop new concepts, processes and value-added activities 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of data, summarize key concepts and articulate relevant issues to senior management 
  • Must be able to design business reporting and analysis that is clear, concise and actionable 
  • Excellent quantitative and analytic problem-solving skills; superior analytical and financial modeling skills 
  • Strong technical skills with Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PitchPro); proven track record of partnering with other subject matter experts to deliver holistic insights 
  • Experience with Business applications (Tableau)
