ICF Next is one of the leading integrated communication agencies in Europe, specialising in large-scale campaigns across the European Union. We are looking for a creative and dynamic team player to fill the position of Freelance Copywriter/Editor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Propose editorial concepts based on gathering and analysing relevant materials.
- Write and edit high-quality original content.
- Manage editorial projects, this may include the coordination of the work of less experienced writers.
- Ensure the quality of written material, including proofreading and linguistic check.
- Performance of journalistic research and interviews if needed.
- Transfer of knowledge on good/bad copy to various internal stakeholders.
- Rewrite and adapting content for specific target audiences (online and offline).
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Extremely strong writing and editorial skills, with a capacity for synthesis, analysis and creative writing as demonstrated in a professional work setting.
- Demonstrated knowledge of all main EU policies and the main public opinion elements related to them.
- Ability to impart information and train others.
- Native level or equivalent for the language(s) freelancer will be working in: Understanding (C2), Speaking (C2), Writing (C2)
Professional Skills:
- Demonstrated experience working on projects across EU countries.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Excellent presentation skills and knowledge of relevant tools and software.
