About Business line/ Function :

Develop and maintain IT systems at heart of “Know Your Customer (KYC)” ensuring due diligence, tax and regulatory compliance during the entire CIB client life cycle. Platform responsible for client onboarding, documentation, data distribution, capturing audit trails and being golden source. Application resides in the core model of the CEP IT and provides front to back connectivity within the various client onboarding platforms.

Position Purpose

• Require java J2EE resource in role of Senior Technical Lead for CEP IT Referential Projects with work experience of 10+ years. These applications capture, store and or distribute referential information for CIB Clients of BNP Paribas.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

• Participate in the agile based project software life-cycle.
• Understand and contribute to Application designs, development and deliveries.
• Participate in Design and Architect forums to solve the complex business problems and improve user experience
• Drive strong delivery of BAU and projects. Leverage on technical expertise to improve the E2E solutions and quality of delivery.
• Identify and resolve systematic and structural issues.
• Promote cybersecurity best practices, always ensure compliance with IT Security policies
• Work on tasks assigned independently and produce best fit deliverables.
• Efficient communication with all stake holders.
• Follow all the processes and guidelines for project and business group.
• Maintain highest quality standards of all the deliveries and work product.

Contributing Responsibilities

• Produce high quality code, perform code reviews and play effective team member role within the team of developers.
• Mentor And assist Team Members by providing efficient technical solutions to complex topics.
• Technical Pair programming with the team.

ü Angular 15 Intermediate More than 4 years

ü Comfortable to work/ Good to have- Experience with NGRX & Store, Observables, AG-Grid and Reactive Forms

ü Oracle PL/SQL programming Intermediate More than 3 years

ü Understanding of OOPS concepts, Solid principles, and Design patterns

ü Communicate and interact with BA’s in understanding different business requirements and developing /configuring the interfaces.

ü Working with QA team during the test lifecycle to analyze and fix the bugs.

ü Level 3 production support tasks

ü Estimate and track deadlines against sprint delivery.

Good to have

ü Knowledge of Jenkins, Deployment, Dynatrace, Kubernetes, Design Patterns, Working of Schedulers, Elastic Search.

ü Results-oriented, team player and self-motivated with a strong initiative to deliver

ü Knowledge of Free marker / Velocity templates.
