About This Role

Responsible for collecting, analysing CVM campaigns, monitoring customer lifecycle KPI’s and presenting data that will help stakeholders in taking informed business decisions. Core responsibilities of reporting analyst include

  • Gathering data from various sources including databases, Big data platforms, spreadsheets, and other systems
  • Design & propose CVM campaigns after data analysis and collaboration with all stakeholders
  • Solve business problems with keen understanding of data wrangling, analysis and interpretation of complicated, disparate datasets
  • Monitor and track business KPI’s and investigate anomalies through timely investigations
  • Proactively answer business questions from management and other stakeholders
  • Execute long and short-term Business Intelligence & analytics strategies for delivering management reporting & insights
  • Designing new reports & monitoring of existing reports for accurate data provisioning
  • Doing Pre & Post analysis of campaigns & product launches
  • Ad-Hoc data provisioning to end users
  • Monitor CVM campaigns/KPI’s and investigate anomalies through timely investigations
  • Propose creation of advanced analytics & data science based models for increasing customer engagement & revenue
  • Propose ways to enhance campaign uptake through efficient channel utilization and by using the right customer touchpoints
  • Proactively answer business questions from management and other stakeholders
  • Identify ways to increase revenue through identifying Up-sell/Cross-Sell opportunities
  • Execute long and short-term CVM strategies
  • Doing Pre & Post analysis of campaigns & product launches
  • Create deep dive trackers for all stages of customer lifecycle i.e. New sale, stock base, Churn etc.

Job Specific Skills

  • Hands on experience in SQL, R/Python & other programming languages is preferable
  • Hands on experience in BI visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, Power BI & Qlik is preferable
  • Knowledge of ETL, Data warehousing, Cloud & Big data technologies
  • Knowledge of Machine learning & Data Science will be a plus
  • Advanced Excel Skills

Education

  • Minimum Bachelors in Business Administration/Computer Science or similar

Work Experience (Years)

  • 1-3 Years of relevant experience (Telecom Industry experience is a plus)
