Do you want to take a leading role in the next big Amazon initiative? Are you passionate about going deep into customer needs and creating messaging and positioning strategies? If so, join us on a thrilling journey as we scale a new initiative for Amazon Selling Partners across the US, EU, and Japan.

The ISS organization develops software platform and applications that enable 2MM sellers across 9 countries (and growing), manage their Amazon business. This highly visible customer-facing initiative will directly impact customer and selling partner post-order experience across the US, EU, and Japan marketplaces. We're seeking a passionate Senior Product Marketing Manager to champion our product in multiple geographies. You'll craft a compelling brand strategy, develop high-impact marketing assets, and spearhead a successful go-to-market plan. You will collaborate with business development, country sales teams, business intelligence, and product managers to define product value proposition, drive conversion-oriented initiatives, and launch new features to accelerate product adoption.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, possesses both big-picture thinking and meticulous attention to detail, and excels at flawless execution. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in building segmentation, positioning, and messaging (STP) strategies, has demonstrated ability to drive website optimization and conversion, and has a passion for diving into data to uncover actionable insights. They possess a proven track record of working autonomously and taking end-to-end ownership, successfully delivering results that drive product adoption.

Key job responsibilities

  • Own business-to-business marketing strategy, positioning, and messaging for Amazon products.
  • Synthesize insights from various data sources to shape our strategy, direction, and execution.
  • Develop compelling value propositions and audience-specific messaging across key customer-facing assets.
  • Design and implement marketing programs to drive customer awareness and product adoption.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leaders in Product Management, Sales, Legal, and PR to ensure alignment on program priorities, messaging, and deliverables, including new product launches.
  • Champion the voice of customers by channeling feedback and input to inform future product development and messaging.
  • Support strategic customer engagements, including building strong relationships with senior executives of key partners.
  • Regularly contribute to business reviews by tracking, measuring, and reporting on channel results and marketing initiatives performance.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (data manipulation, charts and pivot tables)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master's degree in marketing, advertising, business or equivalent
  • Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience communicating results to stakeholders
  • Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
  • Experience with designing positioning and messaging strategies using customer lifetime value analysis

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
