We are strengthening our Information Technology team at our location in Alfdorf, Aschaffenburg or Aschau/Laage.

As part of the HR IT organization, you will work within a global team who focuses on system improvements as well as working closely with internal customers at a global level, to determine the best use of technology for the HR process at hand. In addition to this, you will be part of system rollout projects, acting as a business analyst /in-house consultant and a liaison with external partners in order to ensure an upscaling of a variety of HR processes such as Payroll, Master Data Administration, Travel Management and others.

What you can look forward to as Business Analyst SAP HR System (m/f/d):

• Project and support activities in the areas of SAP HR time management / payroll and personnel cost planning
• Configuration of schemas and rules as well as customizing in the various modules of the SAP HR system
• Coordination of cooperation within the individual divisions and review of partial or overall processes for potential improvements. In addition, coordination of specific development, implementation and conversion activities
• Documentation, containment and resolution of problems and incidents
• Development of evaluations and program adaptations in ABAP

Your profile as Business Analyst SAP HR System (m/f/d):

• University degree in mathematics, computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering, business administration or similar courses of study
• Very good knowledge of the SAP HCM modules, ABAP and Web Dynpro programming skills are an advantage
• Solid knowledge of German payroll accounting
• Business fluent in written and spoken English
• High result orientation and initiative, strong communication skills and persuasiveness
