About this opportunity 

To strengthen our Marketing team in Asnières-sur-Seine, we are looking for a Marketing Manager. In this position you will develop and execute the marketing plans for the region according to the EMEA-wide corporate strategy and business objectives. In the role of Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for localizing, adapting and implementing marketing activities for the French market to further expand and strengthen the visibility of either one channel or product within the marketing team. You will report directly into the Marketing Director and support in leading the local marketing performance.

This role is based in our office in Asnières-sur-Seine with homeoffice options (3 office days per week).

This role is a maternity cover for a period of 9 months.

In this role, you will… 

  • Be a Key representative of the country's marketing team to lead the marketing plan on the defined responsibility area
  • Translate the regional marketing plan based on local needs and expectations to drive brand awareness, physician enrollment and growth within the OPEX budget
  • Build go-to-market strategies thanks to deep understanding of the market, including HCP customers, laboratories, DSO (“Centres dentaires”), distributors and other relevant industry players
  • Translate and support the development of marketing campaigns to support product launches & Programs (sales materials, educational content, clinical support, online communication)
  • Identify and drive local commercial initiatives (including promotions) and drive practice marketing and development programs. You will be involved in professional media and PR
  • Build close relationships with global, regional and local marketing teams
  • Cross-functional coordination with sales and finance teams to support business growth
  • Use analytics and insights (including campaign ROI, customer reimbursement, and competition) to support marketing plan execution
  • Own routine local market analysis: competitor, industry trends, you also own routine business analysis: digital tools & solutions adoption and identify future market & channel opportunities.
  • Support the local KOL network development (speakers, key clients, institutions) and the organization of Adboards
  • Identify and defend local growth opportunities in addition to the regional plan
  • Manage external distributors and/or training partners

In this role, you’ll need … 

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in marketing or business administration
  • A minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in marketing management on a country level (ideally B2B eviroment)
  • Marketing or field sales experience in the medical, dental fields or capital equipment is a plus. 
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Ability to make sound strategic decisions, incorporating data from multiple sources and business judgment
  • Ability to work cross functionally with individuals at all levels in an organization and understand their needs/motivations
  • Native level language skills in French and fluent English language skills 
  • Regular trips within the French market and to the head office in Rotkreuz, Switzerland may be required
