The Role:

The Minted Marketing team is responsible for finding and introducing new consumers to Minted, and driving repeat purchases from existing customers. We do this while telling the Minted brand story with engaging and inspirational content. Joining our top-notch marketing team is an exciting opportunity to gain broad digital marketing experience and contribute to the success of an innovative digitally-native brand. Minted is seeking a dynamic, data-driven paid social performance marketer. This is a unique opportunity for a quantitative marketer to build on Minted’s strong marketing foundation and introduce new ideas that take Minted to the next level in the world of social media.

You Will:

  • Actively manage and execute large-scale user acquisition campaigns against established objectives and budgets across multiple channels. Focus on growing new buyers and maximizing ROAS
  • Build a robust paid social presence for Minted in all social media channels (FB, Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok) in partnership with Social and Influencer marketing teams
  • Proactively monitor and analyze performance, competitive landscape, and marketplace trends to implement strategic action plans for optimization based on insights gathered.
  • Drive A/B and multivariate testing programs to continually improve creative, copy, landing pages, targeting strategies
  • Test new social media channels and ad products including owning the process from tracking and technical integration to trafficking campaigns, optimizing and measuring success
  • Work with the creative team to develop marketing copy and other creative needs to support campaigns. Gather insights on performance and create feedback loop to creative partners
  • Clearly communicate results to executives and other marketing team members - this means succinctly articulating the drivers of over/underperformance
  • Work cross-functionally with category general managers, product, engineering, creative, analytics to unlock new growth opportunities

You Are:

  • An expert in the social media landscape, adept at leveraging platforms to achieve revenue goals
  • Experienced in managing large-scale paid social campaigns hands-on
  • A proactive and driven individual with exceptional follow-up, follow-through, and time management abilities
  • Inherently curious and proactive, always seeking new opportunities for improvement
  • Highly analytical and skilled at data analysis; you enjoy digging deeply into data 
  • An adept communicator capable of extracting key data points to craft compelling narratives
  • Perfectionist who is extremely detail-oriented and has a passion for being well-organized
  • Fast learner and natural collaborator with excellent listening skills
  • A forward-thinker who stays abreast of marketing trends and emerging media opportunities, constantly seeking new avenues for business growth

You Have:

  • 2-4 years of digital marketing experience, with at least 1 year of paid social acquisition experience
  • Undergraduate degree in marketing advertising,business, and/or related fields.
  • Experience at an agency or brand that has an active paid social media presence
  • Exceptional understanding of popular social networks – design, functionality, users
  • Analytical mind experienced with the manipulation of data in Excel
