Field Marketing Manager, Eastern Cluster

As Field Marketing Manager for the Eastern Cluster in EMEA, located at our office in Istanbul Turkey, you will have an essential role to strengthen Nilfisk’s leading position in several markets with a strategic focus on long-term sustainable growth and service-led pivot. You will drive the marketing strategy and lead the Marketing function, providing leadership to four direct reports.

In addition to the overall responsibility for the marketing function in Eastern Cluster you will focus your efforts on handling and driving all MEA marketing support activities, managing all online and offline activities, incl. Lead and Dealer management, in close cooperation with commercial stakeholders.

You will report to the Head of Field Marketing, Northern & Eastern Cluster and have a critical role to:

  • Lead and develop the marketing function in Eastern Cluster including setting objectives, tracking and follow-up on activities to continuously improve marketing performance and ROMI.
  • Own the marketing plan and manage/oversee activity budget for the local markets.
  • Build brand awareness and lead generation strategies via direct sales channel focusing on customer acquisition and retention.
  • Act as a strategic marketing partner to local strategic account teams, drawing upon a broad marketing skill set to translate business objectives into account-based marketing strategies.
  • Drive product launch excellence to secure impactful product launches in collaboration with Commercial Product Management function regionally and locally.
  • Proactively work with local commercial teams to secure and lead the implementation of marketing plans. This, in line with business priorities and with the goal of driving business growth on a basis of information and data sharing.
  • Provide direction to optimize the indirect channel, building stronger collaborations with our dealer network to drive growth.
  • Provide coaching and support to the local Marketing Specialists in Eastern Cluster as required with respect to onboarding, sparring and knowledge sharing.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by of Head of Field Marketing Northern & Eastern Cluster to project manage or develop, plan, and execute regional marketing campaigns and projects and ensure an efficient roll out across the region.

You will furthermore develop a tight cooperation with all functions locally specifically sales and service. You will deliver a strong support to the local Country Managers in the Eastern Cluster ensuring alignment on deliverables.

Passionate Marketeer with a great marketing toolbox

As you will be a people leader, operating with remote leadership, we imagine that you have some experience working as a team leader, and that you have varied experience from working in an international corporate environment, across a range of marketing disciplines including ABM, events, PR, channel marketing and digital marketing channels.

As you will work with a range of stakeholders cross functionally and across geographies, we imagine that you have great stakeholder management skills, and that you are structured with good analytical skills.

It would be an advantage, if you have experience working with B2B marketing from an industrial company, and you must be fluent in English.

This position is based at our local office in Istanbul, Turkey.
