JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Sourcing Process Excellence Manager plays a key role in aligning and ensuring Sourcing process consistency across our client"s shops. She/He will be fully accountable to identify process gaps, tools & metrics to be covered and or implemented to facilitate the different commodity management as well as monitor Vendors performances. She/He will drive the DT tool implementation translating the Sourcing operational needs into functional specs and collaborate with DT team to ensure consistency in tool(s) functionality as well as eventual X-functional requirements coverage. She/He will be the Sourcing Subject Matter Expert for the Oscar/Foxtrot ERP consolidation interfacing with teams to ensure project requirements and timeline will be respected. He/she will coordinate internal and external resources as needed to process/tool implementation.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Map and identifying key sourcing process gaps among different shops, drive process consolidation and best practice implementation (i.e. suppliers communication, data exchange, multivendor management)
- Drive process & tool efficiency and common commodity management logic & attributes to ensure actual commodity buy monitoring.
- Own Sourcing DT tools implementation and transformation, from functional spec definition to testing and implementation phase.
- Be the Sourcing SME for Oscar/Foxtrot ERP consolidation project.
- Guide implementation of JV KPIs & sourcing metrics package into the consolidated ERP infrastructure.
- Quantify actual channel partner provided support on indirect buy activities (i.e. tasks, skills, resources), define 'what if scenario(s)' in case of exit form current agreements and modification on current processes and tools to ensure strategic & operational consistency across shops.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- MS Engineering preferred
- Oracle Foxtrot ERP System
- Proved professional experience in process & tool development.
- Self-starter, high motivation level, ability to define short/mid-term priorities
- Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous projects requiring on time communication/update with key stakeholders
- Continuous improvement mindset, able to thrive in an ambiguous environment
- Strong project management ability.
- Proved experience in understanding & translating functional needs into tool functionalities and support DT team implementation.
- Demonstrated ability in cultivating strong X functional relationships
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent presentation, communication and team player attitudes
- Full availability to travel for business purposes world-wide
- Fluency in English
- EU or US Work Permit
