NewStore is on a mission to transform the retail experience, making it seamless and joyful for brands and their customers worldwide. In our quest, we're looking for an energetic and driven Product Marketing Manager with a focus on go-to-market strategies for product features and updates. This role is integral in articulating the benefits of our products, requiring close collaboration with our marketing, partnership, and product teams. Based in Boston, with flexibility for the right candidate in another location, you'll report to the VP of Product Marketing. This position is about diving deep into product marketing, creating compelling content, and leveraging market insights to drive engagement and adoption.

???? What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for our product features and updates, driving engagement and adoption.
  • Create and manage marketing materials, including sales documentation, product videos, website copy, blog posts, data sheets, and white papers, highlighting the benefits of our product.
  • Perform customer and market analyses to understand the competitive landscape and help identify product differentiators.
  • Collaborate on partner marketing initiatives, developing strategies and content that support and enhance our partnerships.
  • Engage in customer marketing activities, designing and implementing initiatives that nurture and grow our customer base, and strengthen customer loyalty.
  • Work collaboratively across teams, ensuring alignment and leveraging insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Effectively prioritize and manage your responsibilities in a fast-paced, professional environment, with a metrics-driven and analytical approach.
  • Communicate new product features and updates to internal teams, ensuring they are fully equipped to capitalize on each new update.

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on developing and implementing go-to-market strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to craft engaging marketing materials that resonate with target audiences and highlight product benefits.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in customer and market research to guide product positioning and differentiation.
  • A history of successful product or campaign launches, evidencing your ability to drive results.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a preference for working in a cross-team capacity.
  • Agile and organized, with the capability to juggle multiple tasks and deliver on time.
  • A team player with a creative and strategic mindset, eager to take on challenges and contribute to our mission.
