DGM application design senior Engineer - 008SJS
- Well known of Electrical Design of Liquid filled Transformer up to 50.0 MVA 132V Class trafo’s .
- Inverter duty transformer (Two, Three & Five winding) for solar, wind application with Aluminium and copper wound.
- Electrical Design knowledge with Different type of Winding (Like Spiral /layer, Foil, Helical , Disc.) efficient & Economical/Competitive design.
- Knowledge of Short circuit force Calculation, Thermal calculation, and other design calculation.
- Radiator Cooling Calculation & other relevant calculation to submit Customer/ Electricity Board for approval.
- Preparation of shop pack like Advance, windings, SAP, other calculation & Test data etc.
- Circular & Oblong design for distribution & solar transformer with Foil, Disc, Layer winding combination.
- Knowledge of National & International standard for domestic and export projects, Knowledge of IEC similarity and design comparison with respect to type test design.
- Coordination with Front office team, customer, Purchase, Production & PM team regarding the Technical points & clarification
- Carried out design coordination meeting & drawing approval with customers.
- Support services for erection, commissioning & site related technical matters.
