Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Should have proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives
• Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
• Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
• Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
• Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached
• Review functional specifications and create help create solutions, tech specifications, develop code and has the ability to retrospect and revise programs.
• Perform root cause analysis and present proactive measures. Attend daily scrum calls and provide regular updates and coordinate with client and offshore team.
• Planning and designing the program and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action.
• Defining the program governance arrangements.

Position Qualifications:

Required skills:

• 15+ years of IT related experience
• Cloud Architect with a delivery background
• Experience managing a large team
• Snowflake, AWS Deep knowledge with hands-on experience, technical know-how on Snowflake, including architecture discussions
• Domain Skills- Insurance exp is preferred.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $113,000- $190,000 USD depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and is subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
