What You'll Do

As the Senior Manager NPI Sourcing, you'll be at the forefront of our global sourcing efforts around New Product Introduction (NPI). As part of our Global Strategic Sourcing team, you will be working on cutting edge NPI projects from concept to first field deployments, collaborating closely with Engineering and Sourcing teams to ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, and supply chain resiliency.

You will be responsible for:

• Implementing global sourcing NPI policies and procedures to meet cost and schedule targets
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to achieve NPI objectives.
• Reporting project status, risks, and deliverables to stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

You are a seasoned Sourcing Manager with a proven track record in NPI, someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about driving process improvement. If you're hands-on, experienced, and ready to make an impact, this role is for you!

• Extensive experience in NPI lifecycle, preferably in gaming or similar technical fields
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex suppliers and supply chains
• Demonstrated experience in sourcing commodity management, supply chain, logistics or manufacturing for hardware and electronics related company
• Experience in commercial sourcing environment - engineering, manufacturing operations experience a plus
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with tight deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record of driving organizational change and innovation
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline (MBA highly regarded)
• Project Management exposure is a plus

We work flexibly here at Aristocrat and have a hybrid work model. This role will be based out of our head office in North Ryde with free onsite parking provided, you will have the flexibility to work in the office and from home.
