Introduction

System Services Representatives are the primary technical interface to clients for the coordination of hardware and software support and delivery of operational services. Sound pretty important? Absolutely! You will advise clients of preventive maintenance, configuration, operation and environmental factors which may drastically impact product performance or impair the client’s IT operation.

Your Role and Responsibilities

.The candidate will be responsible for hardware repairs of laptops and PCs along with printer repairs. The repairs will occur at numerous locations either business oriented or in personal homes. Candidate must have own vehicle and current driver’s License. Candidate should also have knowledge of computers and printers . Weekend and night work could be required.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Candidate should have knowledge of computer repairs and basic knowledge of Printers. Candidate must have a valid driver’s license and have an operational vehicle due to travel in the immediate area is 100%, High school education and trade school training minimum. Education can be flexible with experience.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Candidate must have excellent communication skills, along with training or experience in hardware repairs of laptops/PCs and printers. The candidate will also be team oriented and willing to help others as needed.
