The Supply Chain Finance Analyst will be part of the IT team that supports the Finance organization globally. This role will steward the adoption of SAP finance solutions to ensure that they meet business expectations and requirements. The analyst works with the Product Manager and a wide variety of internal stakeholders — including Product Costing, Finance, Procurement, Financial Planning, Logistics, Tax, and IT teams — in the full range of the product development cycle.

You will make recommendations to management based on cost/benefit findings and participate in the development and customization of products. Individual contributor with comprehensive knowledge in specific area; ability to execute highly complex or specialized projects.  

What You’ll Do for Us:  

  • Maintain an excellent understanding of the product roadmap by working closely with product managers and business stakeholders, evaluating user feedback/needs and looking at technology trends  
  • Organize and lead requirement gathering sessions with the business stakeholders and translate them into technical user stories
  • Manages design, configuration and testing of the required solution to meet business requirements.  
  • Possesses a strong understanding of the business operations within the products domain  
  • Work with production support team from an operation standpoint to support the investigation and resolution of any product defects  
  • Manages scope, budget, presentations to IT/Business, daily standup, agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, and retrospective sessions  
  • Coordinate execution and implementation of approved projects within area of responsibility in order to execute the plan
  • Orchestrate the deployment of resources (e.g., people, infrastructure, financial, informational) from Coca-Cola (e.g., client, internal service providers) and third parties in order to ensure successful project completion
  • Develop and execute a communications plan (e.g., memos, letters, plan review meetings, status lists) to ensure frequent, accurate and timely communication to all stakeholders and to solidify commitment to the project plan

Qualifications & Requirements:   

  • 2+ years configuration experience in SAP S/4 HANA Product Costing, Material Ledger, and Finance configuration experience.
  • Strong Product Costing, Logistics and Production process knowledge/experience  
  • Understanding of the supply chain process and the impact to financial (legal) and management accounting (internal)  
  • 3+ years of experience managing and delivering mission-critical, high-availability large and small IT development projects using structured project management and system development methodologies  
  • Excellent leadership skills, team-focused with high energy and a positive attitude
