Position: Senior Analyst- Financial Information Systems

Basic Purpose:

  • Responsible for functional project management implementations, integration, upgrades, and improvements in a suite of financial systems. 
  • Understand and interpret business requirements and effectively implement solutions. 
  • Lead meetings and provide strategic vision to any technical concerns.
  • Contract Management (plan, coordinate and supervise activities relating to major contracts). 
  • Interpret and document business requirements, implement solutions, and offer strategic input for technical concerns. 
  • Perform daily monitoring, support, maintenance and problem solving to ensure organizational effectiveness.
  • Understand core financial processes and controls
  • Understand business drivers and financial reporting

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 to 7+ Years of Experience 
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Experience managing full implementation of ERP and other complex financial software. 
  • Proficiency to Expert in Excel
  • Demonstrate leadership of cross functional teams
  • Demonstrate knowledge of project management best practices
  • Experience prioritizing projects on a global scale
  • Ability to conduct vendor comparison and present to leaders with business case and budget

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience creating reports and dashboards in Power BI, Hubble or other reporting software
  • Project Management Software experience
  • Change Management acumen
