Job Title: Manager, Sales Account Management (Bangladesh)

Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh

Department: Sales

As the Manager, Sales Account Management, you are responsible to deliver sales growth in line with the strategic segmentation, drive efficient trade spending and focus on in-market execution of trade programs for Bangladesh. You will need to work with ASEAN Emerging Market Director to set Bangladesh priorities and accountable for all legal signing authority and facilities in this country.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build strategic short- and long-term sales plans in line with customer segmentation, trade opportunities, track and understand competitive activity, diagnose root causes of consumer and competitive trends.
• Provide feedback to Cluster Lead Marketing Commercialization and local Customer Marketing and Sales operation on the elements of platform programs to deploy in the local market.
• Manage the deployment of trade funds to deliver high Return on Investment (ROI) programs
• Ensure that a strong control environment exists, particularly on sell-in and trade spending management.
• Provide Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) insights into the Current Operating Forecast (COF) and identify risks and opportunities in the plan.
• Continuous communication to employees on business results, state of the business; conduct communication meetings in conjunction with ASEAN management team visits.

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Minimum 10 years progressive sales and marketing experience of top tier Fast Moving Consumer Goods companies.
• Experienced in customer marketing, key account management, field sales and/or distributor management.
• Knowledge of key processes such as Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), Corporate Planning (Corplan) and S&OP.
