Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic team, focusing on recruiting top talent for our Go-to-Market (GTM) functions. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional candidates across various roles within our sales, marketing, and customer success teams. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving talent acquisition initiatives.

About the role

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruiting strategies for Go-to-Market positions.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels such as direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and job postings.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including conducting interviews, coordinating assessments, and extending offers to qualified candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in talent acquisition to drive continuous improvement in recruiting processes.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and diversity initiatives.
  • Represent the company at recruiting events, career fairs, and industry conferences to promote our employer brand and attract top talent.
  • Mentor and coach junior members of the recruiting team, sharing expertise and best practices to support their professional development.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably with a focus on Go-to-Market roles within the technology or SaaS industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruiting strategies, techniques, and best practices, with a track record of successfully filling high-volume positions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools/software.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $109,000 - $133,000 annually. Salary is determined by a combination of factors including location, level, relevant experience, and skills. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. The compensation package for this position may also include equity, and benefits.
