Job Description

The Team

Why Invesco QQQ? Invesco QQQ is one of the most exciting and innovative ETF products on the market with a lot of marketing funding behind it. You’ll be Responsible for:

  • Serving as the digital lead and subject matter expert for all things digital aligned to Invesco QQQ, including our NCAA campaign-related digital experiences that take place 2x a year for collegiate football and the March Madness tournament.
  • Distilling the long-term vision for Invesco QQQ Digital Experiences, building the roadmap to achieve the strategy, and managing the QQQ Digital Team (spanning Product Management and Product Marketing Management) for prioritizing and implementing the roadmap through execution of full product lifecycle processes, from concept through launch.
  • Managing vendor partners to ensure proper resourcing across project deliverables to maintain high quality output, attention to detail, and on-time deliveries.
  • Partnering closely with the Directors of Invesco QQQ Marketing, Analytics, and Design, acting as a key connector between the business, metrics, and user experience design, in support of QQQ Marketing programs to ensure end-to-end experiences are properly implemented and optimized.
  • Overseeing market research and competitive analysis to uncover answers about emerging industry trends and requirements. Supporting interdisciplinary analysis of website data, community research, website-based feedback, in-market experiments, and additional research sources to synthesize insights into future marketing and optimization strategies including A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Aligning the QQQ Digital Team against key business priorities focused on maximizing value from campaigns, and formulating a go-to-market approach reinforced by practical, proven, and reusable methods.

Work Experience / Knowledge: 

  • 7-10+ years of experience working in a digital experience, digital marketing or related role; product management or product design experience preferred
  • Strong leadership skills, working with various stakeholders and with direct reports internally, and externally with agencies and contractors
  • Stellar design instincts, knowledgeable of new digital product trends, and vision for expanding a robust digital ecosystem that supports multiple marketing campaigns and activations
  • Understanding of Agile methodology; experience working in an Agile environment a plus
  • Strong proficiency in product/project management tools; Technical proficiency a plus
  • Experience with being an advocate for our customers & synthesizing feedback into priorities
  • Knowledge and experience in Financial Services, Fin-Tech, or acquisition marketing preferred
  • Experience with site optimization (i.e. Journey Management, A/B testing, Multivariate testing) and personalization preferred

The total compensation offered for this position, which includes salary and incentive pay, will vary based on skills, experience and location. The salary range for this position in New York City is $150,000 to $164,000 annually.
