Job Duties and Responsibilities

We are actively seeking a driven and innovative Principal Business Systems Architect to join our team!

In this role, you will: 

• Foster a culture of excellence through mentoring high-performing individuals
• Lead business systems integration design for optimal customer experiences and scalability
• Thoroughly document system designs and architecture
• Actively contribute to functional strategy development
• Possess deep understanding of current and future business drivers
• Propose innovative initiatives within business systems
• Confidently lead high-risk programs with clarity and decisiveness

Skills, Experience and Requirements

As a successful Principal Business Systems Architect, you will have: 

• 10+ years of architecture experience or Master's Degree with 5+ years experience in systems architecture
• Preferred: 4+ years experience with digital customer platforms
• Expertise in B2B Partner platforms and lifecycle management
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality products
• Skilled in balancing strategic conceptualization with tactical execution
• Proficient in product discovery and validation methodologies
• Passionate about directing critical business programs and ensuring exceptional customer experiences

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.

This will be posted for a minimum of 3 days or until the position is filled.
