Regional Sales Manager (West)

Remote, USA

California (preferably southern CA), Arizona, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Alaska, or Hawaii

Overview

Netradyne is seeking amazing sales hunters to drive revenue within regions of North America. The position will be highly focused on cultivating prospects and closing deals with commercial fleets within the specified geographic territory. The ideal candidate will utilize their talent, creativity, and professional sales experience to achieve the assigned revenue quotas and targets.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed sales targets for the assigned territory
  • Accurately forecast your business to the rest of the organization
  • Always maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities sufficient to support your bookings objectives
  • Targeted prospecting of companies in the commercial vehicle industry
  • Develop and implement territory plans; maximizing exposure and opportunities
  • Clearly demonstrate to prospects the value proposition of the Driveri™ platform
  • Document, track prospecting and forecast activities and opportunities through salesforce.com
  • Be active in the growth of our start-up; be flexible, be deployable and be ready.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 5 – 10 years’ complex sales experience, preferably in a high technology industry
  • Experience in the fleet safety or fleet management industry is nice to have but not required.
  • Possess the core competencies and behaviors of a high-performing regional leader including identifying customer needs, articulating our service offerings and capabilities, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Able to lead a collaborative deal team comprised of sales development, solution engineering, field engineering, customer success, finance, fulfillment, and more.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, marketing, economics or related discipline or equivalent experience 
  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce.com (or other CRM system) to manage contacts, track sales process and pipeline, perform account planning, create contact database and generate performance reports
  • Able to travel up to 50 percent of the time or as business dictates. 

RSM Salary Range: $100,000-$140,000 (base) + commission plan up to 100% of base salary

In the event your authorized agent is relying on signed written permission, we may also need to verify your identity and/or contact you directly to confirm permission to proceed with the request.

As noted above, if your request concerns Personal Information collected in our capacity as a service provider to a client, we are not responsible for responding to the request and may send the request to the client for a response.

This Services are provided in the United States, and are located and targeted to persons in the United States and our policies are directed at compliance with those laws. If you are uncertain whether this Policy conflicts with the applicable local privacy laws where you are located, you should not submit your Personal Information to Netradyne.
