Key Account Manager

DHL Global Forwarding has an opening for Key Account Manager in Morocco. In this role, you will be responsible of the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal & creating detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas.

In this Key Account Manager position:

• You will have to create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas,
• You will also manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
• You will have to present products to prospective clients,
• You will remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs.
• You will have to maintain Regular DATA update: I sell - Outshop.

Now, here’s what we need from you.

• Minimum 5 years of experience within the Sales department.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification.
• Excellent communicator in English, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of Pack Microsoft applications.
• Outstanding knowledge of selling, standards, transport legislation and regulations.
• Outstanding knowledge of CRM & eWMS software is a plus. 
• Knowledge of incoterms, import & export. 
• Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principle. 
• Knowledge of the characteristics and challenges of the market.
