monday.com is looking for a talented Outbound Account Executive- German Fluency who will be responsible for ongoing business relationships with our Enterprise clients.

About The Role

This is a quota-carrying position

  • The Account Executive position is a quota-carrying position where you will own the full sales cycle from start to finish; hunting for new prospects, building relationships with key stakeholders, contract negotiation
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of monday.com’s solution and connect this knowledge directly to customer ROI
  • Develop strategies and coordinate cross-functional support to help customers maximize the value from the monday.com solution
  • Empower our customers to connect their goals and challenges with the solution on monday.com.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience working with large, enterprise-level accounts
  • Fluent verbal and written level in German and English.
  • You are a builder with Outbound prospecting experience
  • Prior experience in Strategy consulting - benefit
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy
  • BA/BS degree preferred; or equivalent relevant work experience
