Position Overview:

Groww Mutual Fund is seeking a talented Sr content writer with a solid background in finance and research to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold an MBA in Finance or have a strongfoundation in Economics, coupled with a deep understanding of capital markets. Preference will be given to candidates with a CFA certification and prior experience as a product content creator at an Asset Management Company (AMC). The role entails crafting engaging and informative content on mutual funds and the industry, targeting both investors and mutual fund

distributors. We are looking for someone adept at simplifying complex financial concepts into clear, compelling content.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute content strategies to effectively communicate Groww Mutual Fund's investment philosophy, products, and services across various channels.
• Create high-quality written content for platforms including the website, blogs, social media, emails, and marketing materials.
• Conduct comprehensive research on market trends, investment strategies, and regulatory changes to stay informed of industry developments.
• Collaborate with internal teams including investment, marketing, and compliance to ensure content accuracy and alignment with company objectives.
• Produce educational materials such as articles, whitepapers, and presentations to enhance understanding of mutual funds and financial markets.
• Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of projects while upholding high standards of quality.
• Optimize content for SEO to enhance online visibility and drive organic traffic to Groww Mutual Fund's digital platforms.
• Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in content marketing and financial services.

Job Requirement

• Degree in Finance or Economics from a recognized institution.
• Strong knowledge of capital markets, mutual funds, and financial instruments.
• CFA certification preferred.
• Proven experience in content creation within the financial services industry, ideally at an AMC.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
