Qualifications:
- Syteline Info Experience (5+ years) with background of establishing a Center of Excellence Support Structure
- Nice to have understanding of federal International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (2+ years)
- Supervisory Experience is Required (5+ years)
- Strong Technical knowledge of Network and Server Operating Systems
- Experience with support of Windows Operating Systems, SQL Server, AZURE and Active Directory
- Strong Understanding of Project Management Principles & Practice
- Strong Leadership Skills and Highly Self-Motivated and Self-Directed
- Proven Analytical, Evaluative, and Problem-Solving Abilities
- Exceptional Customer Service Orientation
- Ability to Create and Lead Multiple Project Plans to include Scope of Work, Budget, Change Management and Risk Management
- US Citizen (ITAR Requirement)
- Responsibilities
- The IT Manager is responsible for the management of the companies IT Function, the Syteline ERP System, System Security, IT Hardware & Software Needs
- Communicates with Team Members (US and International) to analyze and create an Organized Issue Resolution Path, Resolve Critical Issues and Establish Success Criteria
- Background of Understanding Full ERP Syteline Quote to Cash Processes
- Develop Tactics to Track and Mitigate Risk
- Assist with Acquisition Implementations
- Troubleshoot Front End, Operational and Technical Issues with Syteline
- Establish ERP Syteline Next Level Support Solution and Ensure Standardized ERP Processes and Work Instructions
- Provides Network and Data Security Management
- Reviews ITAR Requirements and CMMC Certification with Risk & Compliance Lead and Director of Compliance
- Manages IT System Development, Testing, Deployment, Monitoring, Maintenance, Upgrades and Support of Data Centers, Databases, Servers, Operating Systems and Associated Software & Hardware
- Conducts Research & Remains Current with the latest Technologies and Solutions
