Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) includes roles that create and implement health, safety, occupational and environmental programs to prevent injuries and illnesses within the workplace and environmental accidents. Responsibilities include: inspecting workplace and environmental incidents and implementing corrective and preventative actions; ensuring compliance with internal and external HSE requirements and standards.

Administrative stream includes those who primarily support others by performing skilled technical, administrative or operational tasks. Jobs may range from highly supervised entry-level workers, technicians, and administrative staff to experienced individual contributors with robust technical or practical knowledge in specific areas, who have an ability to execute specialized work to support operations.

At the top of this career stream, individuals work independently and apply standards, yet can also make departures from established processes to resolve problems.

Responsibilities :

Compile and manage the preparation of HSSE risk analyzes (Occupational Health and Safety Risks - IPER, Environmental Impacts) of the different jobs

Monitor compliance with HSSE KPIS established by current national legislation, organizational and/or corporate standards.

Execute and monitor the HSSE plan.

Report and provide support in the investigation of incidents/accidents of the operations in charge and follow up on action plans, among others.

Provide support in the management of Security & Environment within the site.

Participation in campaigns or corporate initiatives.

Provide support on issues related to HSSE to the site manager.

Participate and advise the site manager in new businesses

Provide support to the site's high-risk activities, work at height, electrical, confined and hot work

Advise the joint hygiene and safety committees, complying with the provisions of the DS. 54.

Carry out training and training for staff

Survey and follow up on closure of unsafe conditions that may arise on the site.

Conduct behavioral observations of workers in different activities.

Supervise and control contractor companies that carry out repair or maintenance tasks within the site

Requirements :

3 years of work experience in similar roles.

Experience in retail, logistics and warehouse.

Knowledge of local regulations regarding risk prevention, accidents and occupational diseases.

Leadership skills

Excellent communication skills written and spoken.

Intermediate english level (desirable)
