About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Account Executive or Associate Account Manager to further client servicing strategies, manage client relationships and deliver best-in-class execution. Reporting directly to the Account Director a you will be part of a growing team being formed to help expand our services in the market, working with some of the biggest brands on a global basis.

The Fundamental Objectives of the Role Are to Support the Agency with:

  • Supporting client communication for a portfolio of clients, acting as a key point of contact for both Japanese and Non-Japanese / English-speaking clients.
  • Working with other departments to plan and direct activity, while delivering high-quality work and cutting-edge strategy.
  • Client satisfaction and quality of service, aiming to maintain strong and long-lasting relationships.
  • Training the team to improve their client communication skills so they can start to communicate directly, in these circumstances you will act as a point of support and escalation for the client.
  • Guide and review the deck preparation process and ensure messaging is clearly expressed in English for an international audience.
  • Present digital marketing proposals in English or Japanese alongside the international business development team.
  • Ensure local Japanese and international approaches/strategies/processes are both considered, merged, and adapted where and when required.

Requirements

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

Essential

  • At least 1 years digital marketing experience, preferably in a digital agency
  • Fluent Japanese and Business English speaking are required
  • Ability to communicate with clients with confidence, both written and verbally
  • Excellent understanding of digital channels in Japan (LINE, Facebook, Instagram, Google, Yahoo, etc...)
