This site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.

Manufacturing Plant: The Company is constructing its first plant of the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of production 1 million fuel injector units every year. With the new fuel injector plant we are able to meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.

R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.

Job Description

Plant investment coordinator for Site budget and Product budget, Planning & tracking overall plant investment budget and regular communication and report to Business Unit and Global Business Unit Manufacturing Controller

• Manage, planning and prepare budget plan and investment plan sheet for business plan, current business forecast of Site budget & Product budget
• Report Business unit manufacturing controller, Investment measure according to requirement from manufacturing controller
• Investment Follow up each Business Unit for investment progress MAE/BAU/Int,Tooling,
• Investment budget tracking between budget plan sheet & investment element sheet commitment and actual cost, Manage SAP investment
• SAP Key user, problem solving and work with SAP Expert for other measure, create work instruction or Investment standard and provide training to end-user
• Tracking & monitoring investment Plant & Business Unit budget KPI/KPR report/ Steering committee report to management
• Consolidate & confirmed investment spending status with controller, Free cash flow forecast, support year end closing process, coordinate with controller according to investment topic
• Lead of development of investment excellence project/ CIP related with investment topic and support internal/external audit
• Management support on additional assignment

Qualifications

Educational Background

• Degree in Business administration management, Engineering any field

Qualification

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management and investment management or product cost
• Knowledge in investment management, project management
• Knowledge in IAFTF 16949, ISO14001, ISO45001, SAP system
• Willingness to travel oversea
