Description & Requirements

The Reporting and Automation Analyst provides support to the global license sales teams. This position serves as primary reporting support, in a highly team-oriented environment. We are looking for reporting analysts to strengthen technical skills within the team in an environment that is evolving at a fast pace. The team’s objective is to drive improved visibility into the business through greater emphasis on analytics to support better decision making.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes: 

  • Identify valuable data sources and automate collection processes. 
  • Work with databases to set up connections using SQL.
  • Manage databases together with data analysis: tagging records based on the given criteria, preparing queries, exporting data from databases using SQL.
  • Collect business needs and meet the reporting/analysis requirements.
  • Proactively analyze reports to discover trends and make automation.
  • Maintain a catalog of automated processes and ensure that all reporting is provided.
  • Guidance for the team regarding reporting and automation areas.
  • Additional support to the team and company if needed.

Required Skills: 

  • Ability to gather and translate business needs to validate and support reporting requirements.
  • Good technical skills, the ability to analyze data, research and solve diverse technical issues.
  • Accurate, with good attention to detail. Able to spot and rectify errors.
  • Highly developed PC skills. 
  • Fluent spoken and written English.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • A degree is a great asset, Business, Computer Science are preferred areas. College graduates who are high achievers with a drive to succeed.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Experience in Advanced Excel VBA Programming.
  • Experience or exposure to Microsoft SQL databases.
