About the Team/Role

Salesforce CRM Testing: Execute comprehensive testing of Salesforce, Visual Force Pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) applications to validate their functionality, performance, and security. 

How you’ll make an impact

• Agile Development Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with agile development teams, actively participating in sprint planning and contributing to agile testing practices for the iterative delivery of high-quality software.
• Enterprise Solution Testing: Apply testing expertise to ensure enterprise solutions' robustness on the Salesforce platform.
• Web Services Testing: Conduct thorough testing of web services integrated with Salesforce applications, ensuring seamless and reliable functionality.
• Communication and Influence: Effectively communicate testing strategies, findings, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, influencing decisions to enhance the overall quality of Salesforce applications.
• SQL Query Writing: Utilize proficiency in writing SQL queries to perform database testing and ensure data integrity within Salesforce applications.
• Test Automation Framework: Develop and implement test automation frameworks to streamline and enhance the efficiency of the testing process.
• Technology Adaptability: Demonstrate the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, seamlessly switching between tech stacks with minimal disruption.
• CI/CD Integration: Integrate testing processes with CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous and automated testing throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Contract Testing: Leverage experience in contract testing to validate interactions between different components and services within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Programming Languages: Possess knowledge of Python or Java to contribute to the development of automated test scripts and tools.

Experience you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of overall testing experience.
• 3+ years of specific experience in Salesforce, visual force pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) 
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Strong proficiency in writing SQL queries.
• Experience with web services testing and integration.
• Knowledge of test automation frameworks and CI/CD practices.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated flexibility in adapting to new technologies and tech stacks.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and understanding of the payment domain, including credit application processes, transaction processing, and industry standards.
